Located in Réminiac, Morbihan, the Gîte La Clémençaie offers an 80 m² holiday home that can accommodate up to 4 people. You have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped private kitchen. The property provides Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a washing machine, a private jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a pellet stove. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request for families with young children.  
  
Enjoy your private garden, the uncovered terrace, and a private lawn surrounded by woods. The private indoor pool is heated all year round to 28°C and is reserved for you from 10 am to 9 pm or 10 pm depending on the season. You will also have access to shared toys and books for children as well as a communal tennis court.  
  
Parking is available on site with 2 shared spaces. Please note that pets are not allowed and events are not permitted on the property. Nightly rentals are not offered: you can book for a weekend, midweek, or weekly stay only.  
  
You will find this holiday home in a wooded setting on a working farm, in a small hamlet ideal for peace and relaxation. It is a stone farmhouse renovated in 2013, combining tradition and modernity. You are in Southern Brittany, close to the Gulf of Morbihan, 48 km from Vannes, 52 km from Rennes, and near the legendary sites of Brocéliande, with many activities and excursions nearby.
