Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 192 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 13 people, to rent in Remilly-Aillicourt. It has a 42 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Separate WC  
  
1st floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: king-size bed 180x200 (two single beds)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, washbasin, illuminated mirror and WC)  
\- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) with adjoining WC, washbasin and illuminated mirror.  
\- Two shower rooms on the landing (with shower, WC, washbasin and light mirror)  
  
2nd floor:  
\- Bedroom 5: three single beds (90x200)  
\- Bedroom 6: one king-size bed 180x200 (two single beds)  
\- A shower room (with shower, WC, washbasin and illuminated mirror)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 9m x 4m swimming pool (private and heated), open from 1 May to 30 September.  
\- A large garden with a stream and waterfall and a private, unfenced pond  
\- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather  
\- A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace in front of the pool, with sun loungers and sun loungers.  
  
The house is ideally located in Remilly-Aillicourt, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are nearby.

Transport :  
If you choose to come by car or motorbike, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 car spaces or 8 motorbike spaces). Parking is also available in the street and in the car park above the house.

\- Nearest airport: Luxembourg-Findel, 120 km away

How much we enjoyed the great house, the beautiful garden and the lovely heated pool. Extra special that we were allowed to be the first guests! We had a wonderful time with the family. Good luck and enjoy all the next guests!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het huis met de prachtige tuin, het heerlijke zwembad en alle faciliteiten die het te bieden had. Wij zijn ontvangen door een ontzettend vriendelijk stel dat met veel liefde en aandacht dit huis tot een vakantiehuis heeft gemaakt. Een leuke uitvalsbasis voor geweldige uitstapjes naar omliggende steden en natuur maar het is ook heerlijk relaxen bij het huis.
