In unmittelbarer Ortsnähe, jedoch in ruhiger Lage befindet sich unser Haus mit einer großzügigen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung 73 m². Das Wohnzimmer (28 qm) bietet Südbalkon und offenen Kamin. Zwei separate Doppelzimmer und eine seperate Küche machen - neben Badezimmer und Flur die Wohnung komplett. Im Sommer erreichen Sie mit wenigen Schritten Spazier- und Wanderwege einerseits und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs und der Ausflugs- und Ortsbusse anderseits. Im Winter können Sie die Langlaufski nach einhundert Metern anschnallen. Verschiedene Loipen und das Langlaufstadion sind unmittelbar zu erreichen. Wir stellen alle Wäsche, die Sie in der Wohnung brauchen und die Endreinigung. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card und der Benz- Eck Skilifte. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee und im Winter Freie Fahrt an den Benzeckliften. (EUR 1,00 Kostenbeitrag)   
 In unmittelbarer Nähe des Ortskernes, jedoch in ruhiger Lage befindet sich unser Haus mit einer großzügigen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit ca. 73 qm. Das großzügige 28 qm große Wohnzimmer lädt mit offenen Kamin zu romantischen Stunden ein und bietet mit direkten Zugang zum Südbalkon herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Bergkulisse. Die Wohnung bietet mit 2 separate Schlafzimmern genügend Platz und Stauraum für unsere Gäste. Die vollausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohnung ebenfalls über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie wunderschöne Pfade die zum Wandern verführen. Im Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß.
