### "Live Oak" Cottage Reidsville Georgia
Our Live Oak cottage is located in Reidsville Georgia, we finished construction in March 2023, The cottage is 432 sf and offers a full kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The living room has comfortable furniture with a 43” Roku TV. There is a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and soft sheets. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and all towels and linens provided.
A Keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board is provided. We will get you started with the basic amenities toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
We are located with-in walking distance of our local hospital and surgery center .
Our town has many great local restaurants, pharmacies and a grocery store.
There is also a State Park to enjoy while you visit.
Family owned and operated giving our customers a place that feels like home.

I can not say enough good things about our stay. Communication with the owner is top notch. The cottages are super cute and homey feeling. My husband and I have stayed there twice now due to him having back surgeries at the hospital next door. During our last stay, in my rush to pack everything up and make sure everything was clean, I lost my husband’s wedding ring. I texted the owner, Alyssa, to let her know what happened. She got in contact with her cleaning person and it was found. They went above and beyond to mail it back to us. Thank you so much for everything you did. There are not enough thank you’s

These cottages were just what we needed. We were in Statesboro for a horse competition and the drive to/from Statesboro was very easy and beautiful. The rental was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for a weekend away. It fit me, my daughter and her dad comfortably.

Everything was fresh and new. Beds very comfy. Full kitchen with a full fridge was a plus. Since it was a newly built cottage, I’m sure they’ll be adding more amenities. I would recommend a dresser for clothes and a bench to sit on outside. If I’m ever in Reidsville again, I will definitely stay here again .
