Spacious living areas with comfortable furniture create a welcoming space to gather indoors. The oversized new kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making cooking a pleasure. Multiple family rooms provide privacy while double picnic tables on the porch and a large dining table inside make it easy to enjoy meals together. A first floor bedroom and powder room add extra convenience. Location Conveniently located just one block from the ocean and two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, this home is also only steps to fine dining and boutique shopping. Situated in one of Rehoboths most desirable and quiet neighborhoods, the property offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It also sits upon a hill, a rare feature in Rehoboth Beach. Parking Private parking for four cars. Amenities Outdoor shower, Wi Fi, full washer and dryer, spacious wraparound porch, gas grill, and private parking. Things to Know This home rents Friday to Friday. Linens are not provided but a linen rental package is available. No pets and no smoking allowed. Updates include new furnishings on the first floor, a new roof, a renovated wraparound porch, and freshly painted interior and exterior. Damage Waiver The total cost of your reservation includes a nightly damage waiver fee plus tax if applicable. Plenty of room to spread out and having a bathroom in each bedroom was really awesome. Most of the bathrooms were TINY but the bedrooms were a good size, and the common areas were well equipped and family friendly. Three of the sinks in the very tiny bathrooms have a shelf above them that makes it very difficult to wash one's face or brush teeth. The grill was dirty. The beds were not especially comfortable. The house is located on a very busy intersection. There were lots of large noisy vehicles and lawnmowers going every day, making the beautiful huge porch hard to enjoy. The kitchen was nice and big, but when we arrived it was full of black flies. It appeared that someone had left the door open when they were cleaning or something like that. It didn't happen again while we were there. Lucky they left the fly swatters for us. The dishwasher broke while we were there and it took 2 or 3 days to get that remedied. Other than those items, the house was a great place for a family to gather. Lots of large seating areas, bathrooms all over the place and generally a nice place to be. Oh, and the beach at the end of the street was super crowded so we needed to go to other beaches that were not crowded. For the price, I would have expected more. ##### Renee P. We called reporting a list of broken items in the house. There was a broken toilet seat and shelf and drawer in the refrigerator which were the major inconveniences. When I called the office their response was “well it’s a weekend” Needless to say no one came. Their apathy was palpable. The house was good and suited our needs well - aside from the above mentioned issues. It’s location was also ideal. Aside from the major breakages it is very clear this property has been used - a lot. We had a long punchlist of things that needed to be fixed in the house.
