The property is clean but what we appreciate most is how everything we need is at the house. The kitchen has all the tools you could need, there are games and puzzles for downtime, and, most importantly, everything you need for the beach. I love not needing to worry about bringing chairs, umbrellas, or sand toys. It’s all there including a cart to carry it. Plus the beach access is right at the house, so it is incredibly easy to walk over the dune and be at the water. I would definitely recommend this for a family beach vacation. ##### Melissa O. If you’re looking for a pristine property that is just steps from the beach, this is it. The property is modern and updated and feels like home. The screened in porch and outdoor seating were perfect for morning coffee and also to unwind in the evening. The home is well appointed with every single appliance and all of the amenities one could ask for. We enjoyed the assortment of puzzles and board games to entertain the children. The beds are comfortable and the towels were luxurious. There is also an additional refrigerator (which came in handy for all of our beverages). The Keurig coffee maker was also a really nice touch. Just a heads up, the house is on stilts, so it is not ideal for a guest who cannot walk up stairs. I’m not sure we realized that when booking, but it all worked out. Aug 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location The whole family loved the house, the proximity to the beach and the overall condition of the property. The only gripe we had was that the door lock was very tricky to get open. But as a side note we thought the electric beach cart was kind of gimmicky when we first looked at the property, but it ended up being one of the coolest features we have ever had while doing daily treks to the beach.
