Spectacular well stocked townhouse minutes from Bethany Beach

Stunning 2600 sq. ft. townhouse loaded with all the bells and whistles capable of sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The first floor has all the toys for a fun stay including, large flat screen TV with Sony PlayStation. shuffleboard, bumper pool, Golden Tee as well as a propane BBQ grill. The second/main level offers a well-stocked kitchen including a blender and margarita bar with all the fixings (just bring your own tequila). The open floor plan includes a 70” flat screen TV for a relaxing evening after a long day out in the sun. The sunroom overlooks White Creek, which has access to Indian River Bay. There is an amazing two level deck with beautiful views perfect for a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. The second level master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking White Creek. The bedroom has its own mini wine and beverage fridge stocked with waters and sodas.

All of this in community offering a pool, water access for kayaking, boating, community pool and just minutes to the best beaches, golfing, shopping and dining.

Your sleeping options include master bedroom 1: king bed | bedroom 2: king bed | bedroom 3: queen bed | bedroom 4 (basement): 2 twin daybeds each with a twin trundle | living room: full pullout bed.

Beach vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations, it was exactly as it was described and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond when the pool pass needed reset (though no fault of theirs). We definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Wonderful townhome!

We really enjoy the outdoor patio along the water and the fully stocked kitchen. It’s a nice community and the home has plenty of space for us. Shawn and Jen are excellent hosts and very responsive. We plan to be back again!

Another great summer beach vacation

We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

Bethany Beach Getaway

Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.

Beathy Beach vacation

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Quiet neighborhood and great water view

Our family of 8 adults stayed comfortably for a week. The master suite is very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs were tight, but adequate. The overall space in the home accommodated is well. Shawn and Jen are great hosts and very responsive. You can see they want to give their guests a great experience. It was an easy 7-10 minute drive to the beach and only a few minutes from Evans Park which had an awesome playground for little ones, a nice walking path, a Ninja warrior course for kids and/or adults, and 3 pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. The back patio overlooking the water was a very peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy.

The place was great. Although the floors were a little dirty, by the looks of our socks at the end of the “first” day, but overall was clean. Also the bedrooms are a little tight. Overall We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

Best family getaway

This was our first stay and it was so easy to book, pay, and check in. The owners were super responsive to questions and had everything set for our family stay! Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts! They are attentive and kind, checking in as needed and answering all of our questions. Amazing property and location!

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year’s at this home.. We enjoyed our stay making family memories. The house is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans. The location have plenty of stores in the area. Shawn & Jenny was very easy to contact if needed! All around beautiful home and we would definitely return!

Beautiful townhouse!

Second time staying at this townhouse. We loved it so much we had to come back again! Everything is so convenient!. Pool is end of the block and the beach is a short ride. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful water view! We highly recommend this townhouse!

Love this place!

We went with two families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is well maintained and well stocked. There is a beautiful view of a small creek that can be accessed from all 3 floors. This was our second year at this house and we had the best time!

Great access to Delaware Shore line!

The home was great for a big family dynamic, we have all young adult/teen children in our family. Plenty of bathing space and chill out space. Great/easy location to access parks along the Deleware shore line, and nice local town shops/restaurants. Home came with so much such as dishes spices, towels, beach supplies. Just bring clothes, 2 grocery stores within the mile.

Relaxing home

Our entire family enjoyed the home. Attractively decorated, comfortable furnishings. Incredibly clean. We especially enjoyed the deck that over looks the Indian river. Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay at this property! Beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Five of us adults were at the townhouse and we never felt crowded, always had our private spaces but then would gather on the deck or in sunroom or living room to enjoy our time together. Also a great location close to the beaches and restaurants. We hope to return to this lovely vacation home.

Fantastic Vacation

Bethany Beach Nearby Family Vacation

Great property overlooking Whites Creek. Location close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. We went to beach, boardwalk, nearby water park, Assateague Refuge to see the wild ponies, and great seafood dining. We enjoyed the pool and the decks overlooking a beautiful creek and estuary.

Great Property

This was the most equipped VRBO property we have have rented. It was very clean and we never saw a bug. It was a big plus that our beds were made when we arrived. The bikes were great for the three mile ride to Bethany Beach.
