Summary: A Star at the Seaside, welcome to Seaside Star. In a prime location, with community pool, and beach access, this beachfront condo is the perfect coastal getaway. This studio condo features a cozy open living space. The living room offers a sofa that doubles as a bed, TV, and balcony access. The Space: The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything you may need to whip up your favorite meal. Enjoy your meal at the dining table set for 4\. With a Queen sized murphy bed, and the Queen size sofa sleeper, 4 guests will be accommodated comfortably. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. THINGS TO NOTE: \- There is a free parking garage and Private parking lot \- Guest must bring their own bed linens and towels \- 7 Night Minimum Stay June - September with a Sunday check in, check out only. The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs that is exclusive to residents and guests. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. We were in for a few surprises this time. We were not informed that sheets and towels were not provided. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The floor had quite a bit of sand. Exactly as described. It was convenient to everything, especially the beach! Negatives: Communication to get the access code for the building was poor. Once inside the building and after the apartment door was opened remotely, we had lots of difficulty unlockingand locking the door each time we left and returned. There has to a better way to get in.
