House has great living space with a bright, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to gather. Pool was enjoyed by many after a day at the beach. Close to downtown shops. We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rehoboth beach! Great for a large family as there is a bathroom in every room! The pool is also Great. The house had much more than the listing said! My family of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed at this house for a week in June. The house seems to have been recently renovated and all of the appliances were in great working condition. The pool in the backyard was a great feature for the young kids as well. The location is \~1 block from both the main drag and \~2 blocks from the beach, so walking distance from everything in Rehoboth. The house is also really well insulated which eliminated virtually all outside noise. Remax was very easy to deal with and I thought the property was well-priced for what we got. My only negative feedback on the house was that there was no pantry, cabinet, or shelving space for dry foods. Very minor inconvenience, but a bit of a head-scratcher. ##### Logan B.
