Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door to the backyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, with queen beds and a shared bathroom in each room. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has two twin beds and a futon. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom. The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free Wi-Fi, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to midsize vehicle,e and one on-street parking permit. Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is clean, open, airy, and well-maintained, with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is an excellent area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, having morning coffee, or having an evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay! LOCATION: This great South Rehoboth location is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants. Just park and walk everywhere! PARKING: Onsite parking for one car. Sorry, no large SUVs are permitted. A city parking pass will be provided for on-street parking. The best way to describe the physical aspects of the building is: it’s a dump. Everything needs a hard cleaning. And I do mean hard cleaning. Here’s the rub: on the front lawn is a sign stating that the building is to be demolished by the City of Rehobeth on 9/22/2025\. ??????? The property itself was not great. My ten month old nephew’s knees and feet were black from crawling and standing on the living room rug. One of the outlets had live wires hanging out of it (we know they were live because the other one worked). The living furniture is old and worn out. The doors stick, understandable in an older home. However, the result was paint chips on the floor in first floor bedroom that needed to be cleaned up daily. Some of the bed quilts were stained. The carpeting on the upper floors needs to be cleaned or replaced, as it may have been the cause of the musty smell. The property could use some treatment for mosquitos because they all live right outside the front and back doors. Which means they came inside too. Because this is an older home, and more solidly built, we heard nothing from the people on the other side. I would not take my family here again. Just wasn’t for us. ##### Shana W.
