This updated, renovated, and pet-friendly townhouse offers a comfortable coastal retreat with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and sleep space for up to six guests thanks to a queen sleeper sofa. The main level features an open floor plan with tile flooring, a dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen for home chefs, plus a large flat-screen TV with extended cable and free Wi-Fi. Step out to the rear patio to enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, brand-new outdoor dining furniture, and a gas grill—perfect for relaxed meals after a day at the beach. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for families or friends traveling together. Scarborough Village is a charming, beautifully landscaped community tucked just off Rehoboth Avenue, known for its peaceful, residential feel while still being right in the center of everything. The community offers a large saltwater pool, mature trees, and walkable streets, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the area without needing to drive. You're only four blocks from the beach and iconic boardwalk, and just minutes from top-rated restaurants, tax-free shopping, and nearby playgrounds—so you can truly park once and walk everywhere during your stay. Two assigned parking spots are included. The kitchen was well-stocked with everyday necessities which made cooking a breeze. The townhouse was comfortably and nicely furnished. Location was amazing - you are steps aways from everything - and there's a parking pass to help you park closer to the beach. Pool was great, too, and close. Even the second parking space - while not immediately available in front of the townhome - is just a short walk away in second lot. Like the other reviews said the spiral staircase was a little scary for our dogs. One of my family members thought the bathrooms had a strange smell but I didn’t notice it. Great townhouse just bring your supplies. Our dog was not crazy about the spiral stairs and would not go upstairs. Everything is so close, but quiet retreat as needed. The beach was an easy walk, lots of food nearby. The area is practicing good COVID precautions.
