Plenty of space for 8 adults and a teen, with great places to gather together (main living space), as well as plenty of room to find quiet time when needed (the basement). Kitchen was a little small, but well appointed and the bathrooms (one for each bedroom plus PR) were perfect for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet not far from the pool and clubhouse, and just a short ride to the beach and boardwalk. The home is just outstanding! Very convenient to downtown Rehoboth without going onto busy Route 1\. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation rental I've visited. Downside was this unit was a realtor rental, which I wasn't expecting with VRBO. I like to avoid the check-in process that is required with realtors. This home is also not directly in the Grande at Canal neighborhood. It is one street over. The photo on this listing leads you to believe it is directly in the neighborhood, but it is not. We rented with other family and expected our homes to be in the same neighborhood, but it ended up not being a problem. Something to keep in mind though. The comfort and beautiful home outweighed the small issues. ##### cathy p.
