OVERVIEW: The recently renovated ocean block second-level condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room offers an additional sleeping sleep sofa. The spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas are open and perfect for entertaining. Visit with your neighbors on the shared rooftop deck, where you have panoramic city views and share the day's adventures! You can also rent the downstairs home and bring 20 people to this property. This is a memorable family reunion location! It's a perfect vacation or getaway!
LOCATION: Located just steps from the area's finest restaurants, great shopping, and our famous boardwalk and beach, you can park your car and walk to everything Rehoboth offers!
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. Shared driveway with unit A.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, balcony, outdoor showers, electronic keypad system for easy checkout and check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: The rooftop, outdoor shower, washer, dryer, parking, and common areas are shared. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for guests. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Excellent location and nice place with most everything we needed. I don't think it's been rented in quite a few years and, therefore, isn't quite up to par with other places we have rented (e.g., no bath mats or kitchen towels, one of the queen mattresses needs replacing, couldn't get Keurig to work, photos need updating, etc.). Otherwise, it's a very nice place and for the most part worked well for our family.

Perfect location in Rehoboth

This is the perfect place to stay in Rehoboth Beach. It's a quick walk to the beach, and it's close to all of the restaurants and shops in town. After we drove to the grocery store on the first day, we didn't move our car all week- we walked everywhere! The house is beautiful, the unit has everything you need, and the location is ideal. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!

This was our first time in Rehoboth so we really did not know the area. We were very happy with how close everything was, shoppjng, beach, restaurants and boardwalk. We had a wonderful time.

Beach comfort

The apartment was very nice. Had everything we needed and plenty of room for nine of us. It did not bother us at all but some people may not love the steps. There are quite a few. I just thought of it as a great workout. Other than that it was a perfect place to put down roots for the week and re-connect with family.

Great home and location. Only drawback were bathrooms… one had tub shower that did not drain well and other bathroom was small and had a difficult layout

Great spot for a family getaway!!

Two families with one kid each stayed here for a week in June, and it was great! Well stocked kitchen, close to the beach, clean, with a great porch & roof deck! Even with 6 people we didn’t feel cramped.

Summer week stay

Loved the location and outside decks. Overall, was as expected. Some of the sink/shower drains are a bit on the moldy side. Had to plunger the kitchen sink to get it to drain though. Note for the listing accuracy: the pictures of the bed arrangements are not accurate ( thinking one of the pictures is from the 1st floor) Contact is through Remax, not the owner.
