For the past 14 years, my family and I have called this condo our home for the summer. It has been our escape from the stresses of work and school, enjoying life at our own pace. And with our move into another home in this wonderful community, we want the opportunity to share our condo with you. If you need a beach day, you’re a short 4 mile drive away. If you want to take advantage of the community’s resort-like offerings, you’re never more than 100 yards from the community pool, the dock for a kayak trip on White’s Creek, or the 9 hole professionally maintained golf course. The condo is perfect for family vacations, beach and/or golf trips, girls/guys weekends, shopping trips, etc.! Property amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 5 flat screen high definition televisions, screened-in back porch, outdoor furniture, games, access to owner’s kayak, with bay and golf course views. Guests must provide all linens including bed sheets and towels. Linen service can be provided upon request. Community amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, swimming pool (with kiddie pool and hot tub), playground, 9 hole golf course and walking trails. PLEASE NOTE: 1) The entrance to the condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator access to the 3rd floor. 2) We require a photocopy of a driver's license or equivalent id of the person responsible for making the payment. We will provide an email address for submission upon booking. Thank you. The Bedrooms: Master Bedroom (first floor): Queen Bed, private Bathroom, water views, HD television Bedroom 2 (first floor): 2 Twin Beds, hallway bathroom, HD television Bedroom 3 (second floor): Queen Bed, Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4, HD television Bedroom 4 (second floor): Bunk beds with twin on top and double on the bottom, Jack and Jill with Bedroom 3, HD television Living Room/Dining Room: This space includes vaulted ceilings with coastal theme interior decor. The living room includes a sofa with fold out bed, a loveseat, and HD television. There is a sliding glass door that connects the living room to the furnished screened in back porch with outdoor seating and water views. The dining room has a table and seating for 6 to 8 people comfortably. Kitchen/Laundry Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and blender. The full size washer and dryer are located in a closet that is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has another table that can accommodate 4 people. The sofa and the cushions inside and out smelled and looked as if the hadn't been washed .(I understand that after prolong use and wear it hard to get clean.) The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean but it looked like the toilet paper was not replaced . and they only supplied one extra roll for the entirer 3 bathrooms. the kitchen was large and airy and well equipped the washer and dry worked perfectly and were a great addition to our stay. We enjoyed the games the host provided to us as we spent plenty of time after supper playing the games . As you go outside to the balcony expect to be greeted by super hot air as the airconditioning unit is out side on the balcony.At time it was a welcome relief as we couldnt control the A/C in the house . We were able to visit Bethany Beach, Rehobeth, and Ocean City during our stay. The house was pristine and all essentials were readily available. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping options. The owners stayed in communication with us and answered all questions about the property. Excellent experience. Centrally located for our family reunion events. Three bathrooms & three couples - was great. Washer and dryer in unit - yeah! Screened in porch with view. Even had stairs to help eat up calories from reunion food. Amenities were nearby - pool & golf were less than 2 minute walk. Grocery stores (we went to Giants - be sure to sign up for their value card - we saved over $60 during our stay) less than 10 minute drive. Beach around 20 minute drive. Kayak was maybe a 5 minute walk with launch area right by kayak. Hosts were quick to respond - for issues due to our errors. Would reserve again if ever in that area. ##### TJ S.
