Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This stunning retreat was a new construction for the 2019 season. The owners spared no expense and thought of everything that guests might need. The convenient layout maximizes open space for large group gatherings while offering quiet private areas for relaxing downtime. You will love the two main suites - one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. We dare you not to love that panoramic view with the kitchen and dining room opening directly onto the pool and patio area in the private fenced yard. Guests will fall in love with the interior design of this property. It's been furnished with high-end pieces in classic coastal contemporary with mid-century modern touches. Check out the custom artwork from many local artists. Nevertheless, the real star of this home is the pool! This is easily the largest private in-ground pool in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The backyard gets full sun most of the day, so the pool water temperature rarely dips below the mid to high 80s in the summer. The pool is large enough to relax, play volleyball, or swim laps. There are plenty of shaded areas for outdoor grilling on the Weber grill and picnic tables. The well-appointed chef's kitchen opens directly onto interior and exterior dining. We really enjoyed cooling off in the inground pool after a long hot day on the beach. The beach is a few blocks away, so we decided to pack the car with the beach stuff and drop it off at the beach entrance. Parking is available on the street, but you NEED a parking pass. Accommodations were amazing… Each person had their own en suite room that was spacious and had a roomy closet and dresser storage. The house is extremely quiet! My husband and I stayed in the first floor master bedroom, and were concerned that it would be very noisy with people in the kitchen talking and laughing! Not an issue. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen is outfitted with everything that you would ever need. Plenty of towels and extra linens. We were very lucky that the pool was still open. It was in the 80s this past weekend and provided a lovely place for us to just sit around and relax. This house is a gem! It’s beautiful, comfortable well-maintained,and clean. We are a three generation family of 10 plus a small dog and the size of the house was perfect. It was very clean upon our arrival. A bonus is that each bedroom includes a private bath. Linens and towels (including dish towels) being included was another bonus (and beds come already made). Beach towels are not included. There is a two bowl dog dish in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk with arcade and bike rental shop. The pool was a perfect size and there were a few floats upon our arrival. As there is little shade on sunny days, we purchased an umbrella and stand which, upon our departure, we donated to the house since it wouldn’t fit in our car. The kitchen is well outfitted with plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. There is a good variety of mixing and serving bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils and a complete knife set. While there isn’t a drain board, a hot pot and grill tools are included. We had a wonderful week here and look forward to returning next year. ##### Pamela S. Further from the beach then what I expected. The beach was around three long blocks away. The house does have a cart for you beach things though. Very thoughtful. My real joy was with the management company. Received a text from them when we arrived. The text was regarding the check in process and cleanliness of the house. Everything was good but the pool. It was dirty. A lot of brush and bugs in it. We were able to clean the things on the surface of the pool. We couldn’t clean the bottom. We told the management company about it in the text. After being away for three years due to Covid we could not wait to get back. This house was great for our large group. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was a big hit; the grandkids (and the big kids) were in it every day. The location was also very good, it was in a quiet neighborhood and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Near Rt. 1A and short walking distance to Rise/Dogfish Head but far enough back to not have any car/road noise and kids can ride bikes safely. Pool was fantastic.. large with enough of a patio area to relax out of the sun while watching kids. New home comfort with lots of Smart TV’s, games and ceiling fans to stay cool.
