And it is right in the Clear Space theater building where we took in a fantastic local theater production! Maybe a downside would be lack of an outdoor space (porch or balcony) and if you object to carting your stuff up a flight of stairs this place would not be a good choice. We honestly never needed to drive anywhere. There were two parking spots provided which was amazing. AND you get access to the Atlantic Sands Resort Pool with this booking! Literally, everything we could ask for. Proximity, parking, pool, beach, and boardwalk. The only downside is we didn’t have WiFi for half of our stay. There were plenty of towels and free assigned parking was easy to access. I liked the locks and not having to carry a key around. The only draw back is the street noise very early in the morning including street cleaning and trash pick up. Love that you can walk everywhere and not worry about driving til it's time to leave. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of room for any items you bring from home. Rooms were very spacious and lots of closet/storage space. For the price and steep cleaning fee I was expecting the rental to be in better shape than it was, could use a thorough cleaning but overall we enjoyed for the short amount of time we were there. Had some issues with creepy crawlers but owner said it would be addressed. It is noisy at night but nothing a sound machine can't fix. Being in town it is expected.
