The owner of the unit was very good at getting back to us with any issues that arose and got back to us via text within minutes. Good location with about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. TV is generally good, but occasionally the signal would just drop out for a few seconds and we never did completely figure out how to use all the TV/cable features (another common problem).
