The 1st floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas towards the front, a beautiful kitchen and family room to the rear, a pantry, a full bathroom, and laundry too! The kitchen has been remodeled with cabinetry, granite counters, stone backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances in November 2018, and flooring. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, 2 & 3 bedrooms, and a 3rd bathroom. Outdoor shower, off-street parking for two cars, grill, and sleeps six comfortably. This prime location is only steps from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth Beach! LOCATION: Downtown Rehoboth Beach, just one block from the boardwalk and beach! PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars. AMENITIES: An outdoor shower, gas grill, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system allow for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. The house was great, from the updated appliances, to the comfy beds and ample furniture. Small bathrooms. Property was clean except for black/green goop that was hanging from the shower head in master BR. Also the shower layout in a couple of the bathrooms is poor. Location is terrific - close to town, beach, boardwalk. Property came with two Rehoboth parking passes but we never needed them because we walked everywhere. We had a great time. Beware there is no toilet paper or paper products of any kind when you arrive so bring your own. Also no linens - you can rent from the very corporate property management company. ##### Greg L.
