"Amazing just like every year. This is the place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. We parked the car on Tuesday and didn't see it again until we checked out on Saturday morning. Everything is right there. My family has fallen in love with Jane's Unit and will be returning every summer. The communication from the owner is amazing. Not one bad thing to say in 3 consecutive years other than we've been totally spoiled being steps from the beach! "

"The location was great—close to the beach and convenient for walking around. Check-in was easy, and the space was clean with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, the furnishings were outdated, there was no real décor, and overall it felt quite bare. Noise was a big issue—when someone was upstairs, I could hear everything they did, which was frustrating.One huge plus was that my dog was welcome, and that’s a major reason I’d consider staying again, along with the excellent beach proximity. Parking was a bit of a hassle, as I had to park 2–3 blocks away or use metered parking."

"Christy's beach house was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The kitchen facilities had EVERYTHING we needed!! Check-in was a breeze since the door lock was a code. She was very responsive to all our questions. We were 6 adults and 2 children - perfect for this house! We will be back next year!"

"This was our second year at this unit. Check in is always very easy between the property manager and the building itself. The location of the building is perfect, the unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need."

"Check in and out was easy. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and tools for our week. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets! I wish the bathrooms had more towel hooks. Convenient location. Easy area to walk to beach, restaurants, or main streets attractions. The house was wonderful for our family vacation!!!"

"The location was wonderful, 3 blocks from the beach and a safe, clean neighborhood. The only issue was that in the kitchen my favorite room of the house, the counters have to be cleared off immediately after cooking, the sink cleaned and the custom made garbage bin should not be used because of the ants. Once I figured this out, the stay was perfect. The house was cozy and the vintage pinups were very entertaining to say the least. We loved our stay. Make sure you get your parking permit! "
