You get what you pay for

Check in was effortless. Hotel has a parking garage. Our room had a pull out sofa bed as the main bed. Really uncomfortable. The breakfast room is small, but you can take your food back to your room. The walls are thin so you can hear children and loud party/bar goers at all hours (if you are one of those, this may not bother you). If you want to rest, this is not the place for you.

Womderful stay & 100 feet from beach

We definitely want to stay here again. Best deal at the beach cannot believe the deal Expedia gave us. Family oriented, pool, free breakfast, coin laundry, friendly staff, parking, 100 feet from the beach, umbrella and chair rental on beach, life guards, snack shacks, restaurants within walking, trolley/bus to Rehoboth. Activities foe kids - bonfire Wednesdays, bounce house parents night out, etc. Rest and relaxation - Peaceful

too expensive for mediocre hotel

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Almost everything! I was very disappointed with the amenities compared to the cost of the rooms.
Location: Beach was close by, good, quiet location between busy Rehoboth and Bethany beaches. Did not go exploring anywhere other than the beach.
We chose the hotel because it was close to the beach and the bay. We booked a room with three beds for six people. We paid $333 for one three bed room for one weekday (Thursday) night with the view of the parking lot. That room should have cost only half or less of what we paid. We also booked a room with two beds for $222 for the same night. The lobby was really small and shabby. No place to sit and wait or watch TV. The hallways had very little light and the carpets were dingy. Room was OK, although there was not enough room for 6 people to sit and visit. I had entered 6 people in my reservation, there were only 3 towels etc. in the room. The continental breakfast was just OK. Waffle machine was broken until almost 10 AM. I was very disappointed with the whole thing. On the positive side, the staff was helpful, professional and friendly.

Nice hotel near the bay and 1 mile from the beach.

Lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel. Nice jacuzzi tub in the room with a lovely view. The pool was relaxing and there were a good variety of items at the continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

Pros: Close to the beach. Car level parking. We had a large room.
Cons: This hotel needs to be renovated. It's starting to show it age. Cleaning products used by housekeepers very strong - gave me headache.
Location: Good location. Take the trolly to the boardwalk.
Things that we were looking for: clean, close to the beach, breakfast, pool, workout room and a comfortable room. This hotel met all our needs but it could really use a good renovation.

Nice Hotel close to beach and area attractions

Pros: Proximity to the beach.
Cons: More people ( Staff) at the front desk at check in.
Up on check in the hotel clerk proceeded to answer the phone instead of waiting on the person ( Me) in front of her. the phone call lasted a good seven minutes.
