The modern kitchen and dining area offer ample space for gathering, cooking, and enjoying meals together. The first floor features a master suite along with a second bedroom and full bathroom, ideal for guests seeking convenient ground-level accommodations. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and a cozy loft area with a sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests. Every bedroom includes a TV, with two additional TV's in the downstairs living spaces for ultimate entertainment. Unwind in the large screened-in porch or fire up the grill on the back deck while taking in peaceful pond views and breathtaking sunsets. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Golfers may book tee times through the on-site Pro Shop. To enjoy the community’s full range of amenities—including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, fitness center, beach shuttle, six tennis courts, sauna, and hot tub—amenity passes are available for purchase at the prevailing rates set by the association. Passes may be purchased online or at the Pavilion during operating hours (children under 4 do not require a pass). Linens are provided prior to your arrival and include sheets for all beds and bath towels, so you can pack light and settle in with ease. Be sure to treat yourself to happy hour or dinner at The Coastal Kitchen, a local’s favorite, located right in the Bear Trap Dunes community. There was plenty of living space and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and playing in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups and silverware.We were able to walk to the pavilion for the fitness, pool and the playground. Also, the shuttle stop was just steps away. The screened in porch is very nice, and the pond outback is a nice feature as well. I maybe just be a stickler because we’ve rented many a house in Bear Trap and I just have a liking of things being of a particular condition. I would say everyone else would probably give it 5 stars for everything! A definite plus it has 3 full bathrooms, and the baths were all very clean. Love that the linen services are automatically included. We ended up not bringing our dog, the other family brought theirs, but it’s nice to have the pet friendly option. I did end up buying a few pans to cook in, the ones at the house were just too old for me, but everything else was good. And for some reason the dishwasher had a terrible smell, maybe the drain just needs to be clean, I just ran it empty a few times. Overall it’s a really nice home, and very comfortably accommodated our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 5 with their fur baby. We’ll always come back to Bear Trap! ##### Brian S.
