This three level unit offers all the amenities you will need to grill outside and two dining areas to serve amazing dinners! The screened in porch offers a relaxing lounge area perfect for refreshments after the beach. The home has Wireless Internet, flat screen TVs, two parking spaces in front of the unit and a parking space in the garage. Enjoy a short bike ride, a leisurely stroll, or the DART Beach Bus, only a block away, as easy alternatives to driving to the beach and boardwalk. A code provides private access to the Breakwater Trail, a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth and Lewes. No Pets.
Guests pay a $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.) Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
