The home was very clean and well stocked for a family of 8\. The bedrooms are much more spacious than the photos show. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoy the grandchildren, while also having privacy. The pool was a quick walk from the condo and neighbors we encountered were friendly. Bring some binoculars to watch the bunnies and fox. The beach was a very short drive and parking with the included pass was close. This was our first time to Rehoboth and we will likely be back! The boardwalk area was clean and family-oriented. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Easy drive to restaurants on the Coastal Hwy. We used the parking permit only once because it is only valid from 8:00 - 5:00 in non-metered parking spaces. Unfortunately there were not many parking spaces available and the few that were weren’t close to the beach. Also, if you want to stay in town for dinner, you have to move to metered parking. Everything that you could want for the beach was right there so you didn’t have to haul chairs, umbrellas etc. with you. All the beach items were in excellent condition and easily accessible. The place was also very spacious which we liked. I took sheets and pillows and pillow cases with me, but I wish I would have taken blankets and all bedding. I had to wash all the blankets/comforters prior to using them. The bed in the master bedroom was lopsided and quite uncomfortable. ##### Tracie W.
