The location is a few short steps from the beach, within walking distance of the main streets shops and restaurants. The condo is very modern and clean- beds are very comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is renovated and well stocked. The screened in back deck was a huge bonus- great for morning coffee. It was great to have the pool- small but well maintained. Be aware, the pool deck is extremely hot from the sun. They provided extra parking passes which was nice as we did have a third car for a couple of days. The condo was just the right size for us and was a great value all around! Very comfortable , well appointed .. the toilet seat was broken from day one and no one came to fix it .. the oven didn’t work at all.. nothing major ! We absolutely loved the inside and true proximity to everything - beach , shopping and dining ! The outside of condo is gross ! The screen in porch and balcony although nice look at a parking lot and dumpsters ! The smell is awful from the restaurants below .. building itself outside is run door and awful ! The pool is in a parking lot ! Literally ! Would not use that or go near it ! It’s awful ! So as long as u stay inside the condo it’s lovely ! ##### sheryl b.
