You'll love this lovely condo in a former Victorian inspired home is just steps to the beach and boardwalk on Maryland Avenue in Rehoboth Beach. When you are not enjoying the surf, sand, boardwalk, shops and restaurants, you'll delight in sipping a cold lemonade and watching the world go by from the 2nd floor screened porch! With entry on the second floor, this 4 BR, 2 BA home sleeps 10 and offers 2 floors of space. Vacation rental also offers a shared outdoor shower, CAC, W/D, WiFi, 1 assigned parking space AND 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits. No Pets or Smoking Please. Guests pay a $130 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
