Take a small 3 mile hike from the Mt. Robson Visitors Centre up the Berg Trail to Kinney Lake, it’s an easy family friendly hike and when you arrive there are picnic tables to sit and enjoy he views on the lake side. This is a 13 minute long exposure looking down the lake.

So my journey started in Kamloops, then drove down towards Radium Hot Springs where I entered Kootenay National Park. I stayed at Kootenay Lodge for the night. Continued north then south to Banff, then north towards Jasper. I stayed the night in Hinton because the hotels there were more than $200 cheaper than staying in Jasper. The next day I drove back through Jasper to catch the highway going west. I drove through Mount Robson Provincial Park , continued west to Valemont then south to Wells Grey Provincial Park where I visited Helmckin Falls, then back to Kamloops. About 1,900 KM later I was ready to not be driving, but it was worth every penny! I left on a Saturday morning at 6AM and returned by Monday at 5 PM if anyone decides to take this journey themselves. My focal points were Radium Hot Springs Pool, Banff Upper Hot Springs, Miette Hot Springs, Lake Louise, and Helmcken Falls. Plus stopped off to eat and shop at every major town along the way.
