"We had a beautiful view of the city. Walls are thin so we definitely heard the neighbours BUT we didn't have our children with us so that was alright. "The room was very clean , my only objection was the parking. You are a guest of the hotel and parking outside was 12.00 and in the parade 17.00. "I really enjoyed my stay in Dianne's basement suite. It was a very quiet stay and close to great parks and green space. The suite was very comfortable and I was supplied with everything I needed for a long-term stay. "This property was ideal for our event we were attending in Regina. 15 minute walk to sporting and convention events and only 6 minutes to a local hospital. A $9.50-$11.50 Uber ride to numerous pubs, restaurants and shopping.
