Staff has no knowledge of events and happenings in the area. Bathroom has t bar ceiling, does not look like photos in booking site. Parkade can be painted white look like a dungeon and cleaned. Stained towels and stained pillow case. Scratches on peep hole glass . Out dated building needs over haul of Renovations. Need warm lighting in rooms and has different smells all through the hotel.

The underground parking garage, although a $15/night charge, is a very convenient option for a downtown hotel. I felt the cleaning staff could come around a little later. They were knocking on my door at 9:00 am each morning.

Hotel is very expensive for outdated rooms. Plus on top you have to oay 15 dollars a day for parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably wont be back.

Things i appreciated/liked: I was put in a corner room at the end of the hall. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable but needs better sheets. Staff did their best to correct anything that i wasnt super happy with. I tried the shower at night. It had hot water but wasnt draining. I was so tired i just went to bed. Oh well. I woke up and the shower was draining but the hot water was non existent, like ICE COLD. I ran it for 10 mins. I had no shampoo so i went to the front desk to get some. I inquired about the lack of hot water to which he replied the hot water tanks needed to be reset in the mornings. By the time i went back upstairs, there was hot water and a draining shower. Good enough for me. There is no room service. If you want a burger and a beer after a long day, just count on having to go sit in their restaurant or lounge. Or you can order food to pick up at the front desk but no booze. Personally, this plays a huge part in my decision on where to stay for work trips. I dont want to go sit in a restaurant alone. I just want to order to my room and have it delivered to the door. Also whatever pricing expedia gives you, isnt what is charged when checking out of the hotel (rates and taxes do not match). One blames the other which in the long term doesnt leave alot of faith when booking. My suggestion would be to book directly with the hotel so they can address pricing issues immediately.

Average at best. Lacked warm water for morning showers. We were with a large group and each said the same thing about the lack of warm water. Dined for breakfast one morning in the restaurant and the service was poor. Food was fine.

During my stay, the restaurant had closed early. There was an issue with the boiler so no hot water. Understandable that problems happen, but the hotel could have communicated email or a notice under the door. Checked out early.

We had a horrible experience this time staying here. The staff spoke in different language we did not understand and it was about our room and bill. They were not great with answering our questions about parking either. We went nearly 48 hrs without a working TV and we asked numerous times to have it fixed or looked at and it never did get looked at by staff. We nornally always love staying here but we unfortunately will have to start looking for other options.

Our check in lady gave us like 5 cookies. She insisted we take the cookies. I took the cookies. We are two people. We ate all of the cookies. The cookies were so good. Please continue to hand out cookies. Room is clean. No complaints. That is all.
