This was my first stay at the Doubletree, I travelled for work. The front desk was excellent and very helpful with all my questions. I like the text service, when I was waiting for a food delivery the desk confirmed for me by text that they could receive my order. Rona was especially helpful, I dealt with her most, she deserves a raise for sure. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent staff and the tastiest smoked brisket I’ve ever had, truly a treat for someone who loves beef. That’s high praise from an Albertan who was raised on AAA Alberta beef. I will certainly choose this hotel for my next work trip to Regina.

Excellent staff. Balconies with the rooms is such a bonus! Price great for the offering. Starbucks on sight and the restaurant buffet is great. The option to get from cleaned is not clear so would prefer a better understanding on that and the in room heating is confusing to operate

We experienced front desk customer service were discriminatory!! We asked to speak to the manager, and they said there was none. This is a Hilton chain, the front desk workers are the face to represent excellent customer service to their guests, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SHOW ANY FORM OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE OF COLOUR. We have experienced first hand mircoinvalidation and dismissive behaviours. We are paying guests, and they showed us very poor service!

Everything inside hotel was excellent but outside the parking was terrible with having a truck so having to park far away. Bad part of town so quite a bit of unsafe people around outside. The breakfast was also very pricy.

We were nervous to stay down town , we were there for the CWA cattle show. We absolutely loved our hotel and had a fantastic trip ! We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Teresa, at the front desk, went out of her way to find me a room for early check-in, despite the hotel being sold out. She also remembered me each time I came to the desk for the remainder of my stay.

We arrived 1 day late and they wouldnt give us money back even though i gave them 2 days notice. Because i booked through expedia. Wouldnt even comp us a free breakfast. They had called me 3 days earlier to ask me to switch rooms as i had a roll in shower and they had a guest who needed it. I agreed to switch...wish I hadnt ...then they would have lost that booking

I was trying to check in at 4 waited 30 min and then told the room would only be ready by 5 pm. Had to drag my luggage back to the car as i had another appointment. They could have informed me before if they had issues getting the rooms cleaned.
