Needs updating. Cleanliness was okay, torn shower curtain?
Fire alarm going off at 5:00 am was scary then finding out this has happened a few times and not being addressed is scary.
Would not recommend this hotel until upgrades are done.
Actually did not stay at the property, it was very dated and run down ex specially from the outside. Not at all like the pictures. Very very disappointing. And with a no refund policy with in 24hrs.

If it wasn’t for the staff the rating would be much lower. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Carpets are very worn, plumbing doesn’t work well, beds and pillows are in need of replacing. They only clean the rooms every third day. Paint on the exterior, particularly the trim is all coming off. Will not stay here again

This hotel should not be called non-smoking. The smoke smell in the lobby is strong. In the rooms it is drowned out by air fresheners. I believe you’re not allowed to smoke there now, but that change must be recent. The lady at the desk at check-in seemed quite offended that customers were taking her away from her phone. The rooms are spacious and mostly clean, but I just can’t get over the smoke smell throughout and I won’t be back.

The first room was so smelly I had to go buy room deodorizer to over come the smell and the toilet didn’t flush properly so I mentioned it to the front desk. They upgraded me to a suite that was way better then my stay was better.

I have a dog. You should have a place where we make a reservation because you booked my room on the second floor and dog are allow only on the first floor. I have extra fee for my dog. That it’s ok. But to pay an other extra fee to change floor room is not ok.

The hotel room was nice and clean, needs were comfortable, TVs are old school, type of bathroom sinks are not very user friendly. No room to put toothbrushes etc around sink... Things falling off. Plus near need only work when lights are on? Breakfast was pretty limited just pancake maker for hot breakfast
