### Apartment 'S22' with Mountain View, Balcony, and Wi-Fi

This cozy 43 m² apartment in Regen, Bavaria, accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest. In the living room, you will find a comfortable bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge with freezer, two hobs, and a small oven. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and tea are provided. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, a TV (visible from bed and sofa), a washing machine with detergent, and self check-in. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.  
  
Enjoy your private, spacious balcony with comfortable seating—ideal for relaxing with views of meadows, horse paddocks, forest, and the peaceful surroundings. The very quiet location guarantees relaxation away from city noise.  
  
Parking is available both at the house (private parking space) and on the street. Events and parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.  
  
Your hosts live in town. Cleaning service is available on request and for an additional fee. Arrival is best by car, as the area is not accessible by public transport. Supermarkets are 3 km away, and the historic Weißenstein castle ruins with stunning views are within walking distance. In the area, you can go hiking, cycling, swimming, or ice skating. The Bavarian Forest offers numerous destinations for all ages. On the last weekend in July, the Pichelsteinerfest takes place in Regen, featuring a festival tent, parades, gondola rides, and fireworks.

#### Klein aber fein mit Pferden vor der Tür

Pros: Das Appartement war sauber und genauso, wie es inseriert war. Die Kommunikation war einwandtfrei und freundlich, es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Mädels waren froh mit dem Pferdehof vor der Tür. Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und für die Kids gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung.
