Find hotels in Redwood, TX from CA $81

"When we got to hotel waiting to check in the lady at the counter had a line waiting for her. She was rushing around trying to get line taken care of but when i got to the counter i told her i had a reservation. She looked up my info got my card for deposit and then gave me my room keys. So i went to my car grabbed all of my things and me and my daughters went up to the room, hands full so we didnt have to make multiple trips. We opened the door to the room we where given and walked in to find people already in the room. Needless to say the people in the room where surprised our key opened the room door. Embarrassed and hands still full of our belongings we went back down to the check in counter and the lady looks at me and says oh i dont know how the room got switched. She told me all that was left was a king bed with pull out couch. I was extremely upset because the double queen room was more expensive and that is what i need for me and my daughters. I had no choice but to take the room as it was already past 10 pm and didnt want to be trying to find another hotel when my daughter had a tournament the next morning. I asked for the refund of the difference of what I paid for the queen room but she told me I had to come back down to request it. When i went back to the counter after taking my things to the room the lady finally apologized and told me that i would receive refund of the difference in 2 days. I would not be surprised if i never receive the refund back. "

"The location of the hotel was great!! Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more. The hotel needs updated. I stayed for a week and housekeeping only would come if I would ask. I think being there a week they should come at least a couple times. Otherwise it was pretty clean. The rooms were really loud around us. So that was annoying. The pool and hot tub is ok… nothing special. The cost was fair considering the accommodations"

"They gave me a room and when I went inside the room somebody was already in the room. I had to wait till they clean another room. The room was dirty the floor was sticky it smelled bad. The phone didn’t work. The tv controller didn’t had batteries. There were no towels in the restroom. No soap so I had to go down to the lobby because the phone didn’t work. They told me that they didn’t give out shampoo only soap. "

"Don’t wast your time this property is very bad customer service you’ll make you reservation and pay for it and when you arrive they tell you we don’t have a room available By far the worst customer service I have seen in 40 years Save your time and aggravation. "

"The room smelled terrible and the front receptionist had told me that the cleaning lady had quit so she had to go clean the room. I’m glad she was up front and took initiative but it doesn’t help that once I got to the room it smelled awful. I had a spider crawling on me in bed. I tried to cancel the room for the second night but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone over the phone and lost the money anyways. "

"The woman at the front counter in the AM on 4/5/26 was very professional and attentive. I did not catch her name but she made the stay very earming and we felt like part she was concerned with any of my needs. My family really enjoyed our stay."
