"Amaya upon checkin was fantastic!!! Great customer service and professional!! Keep her!!! The night clerk was absolutely horrible!!! She was angry and nasty, she actually said all your other staff was new and didn’t know anything. I refused to deal with her and decided to wait till daytime staff came in to finalize my 2nd nights stay. Breakfast attendant was great!"

I did not like room service overpriced for little amount of food although the pizza was really good and enough. "
