Just 200 meters from the sea, this unique home sits in a quiet coastal community where nature and tranquility set the tone.  
  
Designed by a local architecture studio and awarded by the Galician College of Architects, Casa Grila stands out for its clean lines, modern character, and seamless integration into the landscape. Built across three levels, the house plays with space, light, and views—creating a balance between private corners and open social areas perfect for families or small groups. Its layout maximizes sunlight and connects the indoors with the outdoors through large windows, inner courtyards, and inviting terraces.  
  
The house features several private patios that link the different floors while providing intimate outdoor nooks to read, sunbathe, or simply unwind. One of the most special spaces is the teak terrace: warm, spacious, and sheltered, ideal for long breakfasts or starlit dinners. The garden is lush and inviting—perfect for relaxing, playing, or enjoying an impromptu picnic. For more active guests, there's even a basketball hoop for fun anytime.  
  
You’ll find sea views from various parts of the house. Just a two-minute walk away, Arealonga Beach is a wide, quiet stretch of sand ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or long walks.
