Property looked great on line but when we got there the upstairs smelled like urine. Luckily there was a bedroom downstairs. But then the thermostats for the A/C was resetting every so many hours back to 82 degrees even though we would set it in the low 70’s which made the unit too warm and made the smell of warm urine worse! So we had to even get up in the middle of the night to keep turning the A/C down to sleep comfortably and keep the smell down. Basically this unit smelled like Urine from the get go and should never have been rented out. Not sure how the cleaning crew before we got there didn’t realize this. We asked for some compensation back on this unit and it’s been a long drawn out process between the Vacasa property manager back and forth trying to get a hold and deal with the property owner. Still have not received any compensation or resolution on this yet and it’s almost been a week since we checked out. Just disappointed and makes me weary of renting here again or a property managed by Vacasa. ##### Bob B. The house was very clean and well appointed. It has the most beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the front room which allow for lots of natural light. The property looks well maintained. The only issue that we had was the pullout couch upstairs. It was very uncomfortable and did not have enough cushioning. I actually slept on the living room couch after the first night as it was more comfortable. Might be good to get a mattress topper so visitors can actually use the pullout couch to sleep on. HBO Max wasn't working I think because of the WiFi but Netflix was. There was a spice rack but no pepper and the salt was like rock salt, unusable. We did not cook at all while here for three nights so unsure of pans etc, but there were no additional cooking supplies such as oil or pan spray etc if you needed those. All small things. Overall happy here and wound recommend and stay here again. ##### Robert R.
