« We had a double bed suite with sofa. We were a little disappointed that the sofa did not have a partitioned wall like it did in the photos, but the room itself was huge and clean. The bathroom was clean but the tub does need refinishing or replacing. There was lots of what I guess was rust on the tub floor. Breakfast had your usual free items - nothing outstanding, But better than not having anything. The hotel is away from the highway so it felt pretty safe overnight as far as parking. They...

« What a unique experience getting to stay at this old country store. I admire the owner's desire to preserve a part of history. The property was exceptionally clean, well-supplied and I had a wonderful stay. If I need overnight accommodations in the area, I'll definitely try to stay here again. »

« Beautiful views. Didn’t see any bears lol. We arrived after dark and had some trouble figuring out how to get in but the host was quick to respond. Make sure you know 2nd bathroom is in detached building outside. I missed that in the description. It was a nice place to stay really comfortable beds. Host set up play area at the bottom which was nice for the kids. Porch has a swing for relaxing. Veranda was where I spent a lot of time. I love the rocking chairs. Very peaceful. »
