Hotel was a little dated and could use some modernisation and the breakfast was the same hotel breakfast you get everywhere, but overall was a great place to stay the staff were amazing and everything was on your doorstep

I stayed here for a concert at the Arena. Ten minute walk from there and close to the airport too. Clean and tidy room and the bar and restaurant were excellent. Drinks and food well priced (the beers in the Arena were twice the price) and comfortable seating added up to a good stay. Breakfast was well worth the price. Good food and plenty of it. Would definitely stay here again

The property is walking distance to the arena (5 mins) and free parking. The negative is the hotel is so warm, the corridors and bedrooms are boiling! The ‘aircon’ in the room doesn’t work and was extremely hot all night. Can’t open windows due to noise from the motorway. Would only recommend to stay here if you are visiting Resorts World and can handle a boiling hot bedroom

Myself and my daughter stayed here as we was attending a concert at resorts world, it was only a short walk away, restaurants also near, our room was lovely and comfortable just right for our stay. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you to the lovely staff also.

Proximity to Resorts World is fantastic and being in a quiet location. Food was delicious although having to pre-book afternoon tea was disappointing. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, great selection and very freshly made and tasted wonderful. Leisure facilities and rooms were very good. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

Walking distance from nec (although clearer signage would help). Parking on site. Decent sized room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast spot on. Shame about the entrance and having to cross a slip lane (think this was due to roadworks but not sure)

Ate in the restaurant and Food was typical hotel food, not stand out but nothing to complain at. Well maybe £3.50 for a slightly watery peppercorn sauce is a bit excessive, but the flavour was good! and would have preferred traditional chips or fries with the steak rather than the pont neuf potatoes(fancy for fancies sake! But good price food so value for money. However i definitely would point out he staff were outstanding. They are such an asset to your hotel. Friendly, efficient and really lovely service. Their were a highlight

Excellent welcome from the receptionist on our arrival and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Room needs a make over and noisy early travellers need to be move respectful to others especially when leaving at 4am.

The staff were brilliant - excellent level of customer care. Would be nice if there was usb points in the room and hotel information pack. The only thing that was annoying was the couple having a massive argument on the first floor at around midnight and the other guests being very noisy when coming back early hours of the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. Felt a little bit of racism towards my partner on check in however everything else was fine. Hotel a little dated but still superb. Be careful in the showers ours went extremely extremely hot. Great hotel for the price including free parking was brill

Hotel reception and bar area nice but rooms could do with a freshen up. Walls were paper thin so you can hear next doors conversations! Cleanliness wise could be better, corridor carpet needed a hoover & some evidence of previous guests in bathroom shower area!

Early night ruined by Christmas party
The hotel was fine but it wasn’t a good time for us to stay. We stayed one night as we had a very early flight the following morning. Unfortunately the hotel was the location for a local factory office Christmas party. We could not use the restaurant and many party goers had decided to stay the night. They were very noisy saying good night to one another, waking us almost every half hour. The disco did not stop until 1am and we had to check out at 4 am. The hotel put on extra bar meals to make up for the lack of restaurant but if we had known about the party we would’ve chosen a different hotel.
