Situated on a lovely cul-de-sac with 2.31 acres, this palatial Contemporary home w/ in-ground pool.  
Enter the gracious foyer entrance w/ a curved staircase. A dramatic great rm w/ a gorgeous stone fireplace, soaring ceilings & arched beams leads to the formal dining rm that opens to a wraparound newly stained (2022) entertaining deck. Family room & kitchen combination is perfect for the cook that does not want to be separated from family & friends. Chef's kitchen w/ Bosch dishwasher, indoor grill, center island & professional grade stove. A 1st floor bedroom offering potential for a guest or au pair suite completes the main level. The private quarters includes the primary bedroom suite w/ balcony that overlooks the pool, a walk-in closet & full bathroom w/ standing shower, jacuzzi tub & dual sinks. A unique "bridge hallway" connects to 2 addl' bedrooms + full hall bath. Finished LL provides more options for recreational use! This West Redding location couldn't be more commuter friendly less than 5 minutes to the Redding train station.
