Nice motel close to our family.

Pros: It has a refrigerator for our use and a couch to sit and watch t.v. Beds are comfortable and it has breakfast.
Cons: Your internet
Location: It is close to stores and my family.
It feels like coming home where you can put your feet up and relax before heading out again.

unexpected scary midnight call

We got a room call around 3am midnight and was told that we were in the wrong room and need to move out. I hanged up and called front desk to check if it was a scam/prank call. It turned out that the front desk made a mistake and gave us keys to a different room from the one they put in the system. So they called in the midnight to ask us to move out! I have never met such unprofessional hotel staffs. This ruined the reputation of all Comfort Inn to me.

Giant room with lovely balcony!

A best value for a really big, comfortable room. Equipped with king bed, full size sofa sleeper, coffee table , desk, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was more than you get at most places with eggs, sausage and waffles. Located near lots of dining and shopping but not downtown. Would definitely visit again.

Overnight stay while traveling

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Pillows were too fat for my preference but it was good.

Not up to Comfort Inn standards

I chose Comfort Inn in Redding because of previous other favorable Comfort Inns I have stayed. This Comfort Inn was in a great location. Close to many restaurants and easy highway access. But the condition of this Comfort Inn was pretty bad. Tiny breakfast room with very little food variety to choose from. The entire building smelled. The elevator was old and slow. The carpets in the hallways smelled. The room itself was roomy, but the sink, toilet and bathtub were outdated and tricky to get to work properly.

Disappointed in the morning when we took showers and realized there was only one bath towel. Wasn't worth our time to call down and ask. We were in a hurry. Breakfast was subpar. No scrambled eggs, only sunny side up which I hate. In the past when we stayed at Comfort Inn there were scrambled eggs. However, the room was clean and spacious. Remote controls were a bit of a pain. No menu so you just had to click through everything. Staff very nice and apologetic about towel situation.

Actually we do have a menu for the TV, it's in the binder on the desk, with the rest of our information, sorry you missed it. Currently, we do not offer scrambled eggs, only sunny side up, however, we are always looking for ways to keep our hotel fresh, so we will discuss this as an option in our next weekly meeting. Massive room, great price!

Cons: As our stop was only one night, we wish we could've stayed longer

Rude

We elected to pay at the hotel and when my wife arrived she was told the room was given to somebody else because the card "didn't work". We hadn't even used the card yet so how could it "not work"? The person at the desk was very rude.
