Friendly staff, great breakfast, great location. I found several bed bugs on my curtains but none in bed. Other than that, everything else was clean.

The room was very musty and carpet smelled. Bad wifi. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in the neighborhood and a smoke shop across the road selling crack pipes.

The place was dirty and the pool/hot tub is "seasonal". Apparently, spring is not a good time of year to sit in a hot tub? The breakfast was not great and overall I just wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bed was mediocre, squeaked when move around, and nit super comfortable. Stains all over the couch, blanket for the couch was gross so used our own. Like like recent paint, but rusted fixture at shower, stains on wall. The refrigerator was totally frosted over and cycled all night… canceled our stay here on the way back through and got something else

I was very disappointed in the property. The room was not as describe. It was dirty and the people staying before us had left their food in the mini fridge provided meaning the staff didn’t clean the room. The bathroom was not clean and there was a wrapper in the toilet. The TV was smaller than advertised. It was overall a disappointment staying there. The only good thing was possible the staff since they were nice. Other than that, there was nothing else that was even remotely “comfortable” about this Comfort Inn. Truly disappointed.

Paid for a room with a bed and pull out couch, 1st room no couch then upgraded (supposedly) to a better room and when I pulled out the bed (on the couch) there was a pillow stuffed under it with a dirty pillowcase on it and there were dirty sheets on the mattress still..We were also there from Sunday to Wednesday and not once did housekeeping see if we needed clean towels or toilet paper (I had to find them to get more tp) and they never cleaned the room or asked even if we wanted them to.

The staff was amazing. They heard me say that my daughter was on crutches and switched us to a accessible room which made things so much easier. The only thing I would say is the shower is not really accessible as it does not have a removable shower head so the water does not reach the bench.

I have stayed here many times. This over night was terrible. We arrived around 10:30 pm. There were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors. Women laughing and talking in the hall across from our room (215) until after 12:30. I finally got up and told them to stop. I think they are related to the owner. This was terrible to pay well over 100.00 for a few hours sleep and then the hotel allows this kind of disrespectful people to run the halls that time of night.

My rating has to do with 1) a large cash deposit neither Expedia nor comfort cared to disclose to me prior to arrival 2) no compensation for my time and inconvenience at having to run out to find a bank and get said deposit (because I’m a local in CA apparently it’s required due to increased vandalism in this circumstances) 3) pool and hot tub shut down and neither Expedia nor comfort cared to disclose prior to our arrival 4) we search for indoor pool hot tub during winter for obvious reasons which limits our options so the non disclosures become even more frustrating,

The hotel was fine. Everything looked like it could use and upgrade, all the appliances were old and rusty. The breakfast was the highlight. I had waffles, eggs sausage and yogurt, which was all very delicious. The hotel was family friendly and I’d recommend to anyone staying just one night.

I stayed here for work and the whole time my bathtub drain wasn’t draining. I asked several times to have it fixed and instead of moving all my stuff to another room I trusted they would get it fixed. Then my toilet wouldn’t flush and because the chain on the handle snapped and they didn’t fix ThT either after being notified. Carped was also dirty and the area surrounding was kind of sketchy. On more then one occasion I got back from work late at night and could hear people yelling not even a block from the building.
