The place was very clean and well decorated. The only thing I think they could of had more of a Continental breakfast or at least a microwave in the breakfast area to heat the hot cereals etc.

We stay here every time we come to Red Wing. Hotel good for price. Clean and safe. Staff friendly. Breakfast is just cereal, toast, muffins.

The room was absolutely freezing when we got there the room heat was off and took until the middle of the night to be comfortably warm.

Unpleasant and gross
There were burn holes and blood on the bedding. The mattress was like a brick and pillows were like throw pillows, very uncomfortable. People below us called the front office saying we were making too much noise, but we had literally just got to the room and were getting ready for bed. I mean, maybe we were but I asked the rooms next to us if they heard us and they said no, so seems like a floor issue. I wish I had a picture of the bedding, I just didn’t think about it.

Overpriced average hotel
The hotel room had a off musty smell when we entered. Ran the air conditioner and seemed to help. The swimming pool temperature was very cold which made it unusable.

Gentleman at the desk was super nice and prompt. The room was basic. It was slightly on the dirty side. There were a lot of sketchy people around. It felt unsafe to go out alone around the hotel.

The lady at check in was friendly. The room was ok but do suggest maybe doing some cleaning of walls and checking the tub area for mold. The continental breakfast was lacking in substance.

property and hotel are nothing special, but very close to bars and restaurants and a lot of shopping choices. literally can walk to a great mexican restaurant or bowling bar and great food also super close. (bierstube)

TV didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty and hard water stained. Pillows on the bed were worthless. A/C rattled all night. Not a very pleasant stay to say the least.

Room walls were dirty and needed a paint job. Told hotel clerk about being approached by a man in the parking area and his reply was “Oh he’s just drunk”. Not cool when your a woman traveling alone. Huge bar in parking area, leads to drunks loitering
