From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. "My favourite thing about this hotel was the beach. Not the most picturesque, but had comfy padded sunbeds (organised in groups with shades and screens), gentle sandy slope in the sea, good snorkelling right off the beach and a camel giving rides for children. The kids loved the water slides and the pools were well maintained and life-guarded. The hotel was generally spotlessly clean and gardens well kept. "I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. "It would be ideal if the WIFI structure in the facility and rooms was improved. WIFI in rooms only for an additional fee for 12GB (per week) (probably OK for older people, for the younger generation 12GB is daily use) Not to mention the constant visits from tour/photo/massage/portrait sellers - although I would pay more for not having them on site"
