From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. "The good was the beach, scuba diving and the spa which was reasonably priced. The not so good was the bland food, wi-fi sucked and the pools close down at 5:30."

"I booked online but nobody was expecting me. I had to shout and nock the door heavily until someone finally came to open. The guy did not expect me obviously - he showed me the room and told me a two times higher price than the one mentioned in the booking.
