### Smokey Bear Cabin on Main Street

The Smokey Bear Cabin is our brand new 1 Bedroom cabin facing Mainstreet. It resides in the place of our old historic cabin 15 and has a nice vaulted porch that is perfect for watching parades and all the activities. The bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The Cabin also has a full Kitchen, spacious bathroom with a shower and a living room with a pullout couch and a large screen TV. The Kitchen offers ungraded appliances and amenities such as a dishwasher, ice maker, keurig pod/regular coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. The Smokey Bear Cabin has a mini-split heater and air conditioning system. The Smokey Bear cabin can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We do not allow pets or smoking.

The Smokey Bear Cabin was new, clean and right in the middle of everything going on in Red River. The cabin is right on the main drive and in walking distance to a wonderful coffee shop, The Dairy Bar, and several restaurants. Even though the unit is right on the main street, the bedroom is in the rear, and you hear little or no street noise. We arrived late on our first evening and the sign-in instructions and keys were left in a convenient place, and we had no issues getting in. Our only hiccup was we could have used a washer and dryer and there is not any on site.
