The condo has a studio style floor plan and is located on the 1st floor. The condo comes with a small kitchen which is perfect for a couple that wants to make a small meal during their stay when they aren’t dining at one of our local establishments that are within walking distance. The condo has 1 queen bed, a full size sofa sleeper and also comes with a smart Tv for your late night viewing when you are all tuckered out from a day of adventures in the fresh mountain air. This condo has one bathroom with a standup shower. Outside there is a general area that has a propane grill and large smoker for your grilling needs. Please note there is only 1 parking spot per condo and no room for trailers. The parking is very tight, so if you have a large truck or SUV you may want to use the overflow parking 1.5 blocks across from Main Street behind the Hillcrest Bank. Please note that this property is pet-friendly. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. This is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property.
