The apartment was great and fit 5 of us easily. We were a little nervous about no AC but they provided fans we used at night and had no problems. The kids loved the bunk beds. The place we stayed was in a great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted or needed to go. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was very hot in Red River when we were there and there was no AC so it did get warm inside during the day and it was a little difficult to sleep until the temperature dropped, which is not the fault of anyone. Very clean with spacious living, dining and kitchen. Beautiful decor and brand new floors. It got a little warm one day, which is not unusual in RR in June. However, there are nice ceiling fans in the lot bobby room and master and the owners have provided several wind tunnel fans if needed. A walkin closet with chest of drawers in master. We did not use the secondary bedroom which has two sets of twin bunk beds and could possibly sleep 4 more. There is also a nice entry way with a desk if you need to do sone work, and area to store your ski equipment and take off your shoes. The owners response to any questions was quick and forthcoming.
