The Master bedroom has a king bed and private balcony, bedroom two has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper in the living room. It also has one and 3/4 bathrooms, fireplace, unit includes a smart Tv in each room, High Speed WiFi for personal streaming logins or working remotely , full kitchen, and great views of the mountain. Sleeps 6\. The property has 1036 square feet. This property will accept two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit. The unit has a washer/dryer for your convenience. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. However, the living room is tight for 6 people. Not enough seating for 6 people unless some people are sitting at the dining room table. No major complaints but we did kind of feel like we were on top of ourselves a lot. Parking was a little tight but it worked fine. The paperwork when we checked in had the wrong WiFi password so we didn't have internet the first day but the paperwork in the binder in the unit has the correct password so that was an easy fix. Overall, this was a pretty good experience and we would stay here again but I think we'd look for something with a little more room if we had the option. ##### CHAD E.
