First time staying in this hotel. Property is nice and room was clean. We had an issue with the shower not getting hot but other than that it was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Hotel is fine, especially for people who want to catch Red Arrow bus in early hours or inclement weather. We did just that, anticipating -40C weather and difficult to call Uber or taxi in the morning. But the hotel has a policy restricting Red Deer residents staying. Strange policy but it is there. Be aware when you book.

I tryed to get a room for family coming in from out of town, and i was not allowed to. Even tho i booked it on hotels.com. i went in to pay and check in for the room and was told at the front desk because i lived in the same town i was not allowed to book a room. So i had to scramble to find a hotel for my family. I was discusted and will never recomend this hotel.

Fire alarms going off. Asked if I can deal with it. Downgraded rooms with no rebate, nothing. Key not working for room. Went to front desk for keys 4-5 times. Black flies dead all over room. Noise from club next door.

Our staff apologized and offered you something to make up for your inconvenience.We are glad you enjoyed the restaurant; however, we can’t imagine what made you feel our hotel was “just a sketchy place in general”.We thank you for your business.

at 3 in the morning was a guy passed out in hallway and noise of 2 others trying to get him up went on for hour
first 2 rooms had no heat in them

Room never got cleaned between nights. Had to get a plunger at 4:30 in the morning to unplug toilet. Was told they would check it in the morning never did. Was offered $10 for the inconvenience. Checked with another guest and their room was cleaned daily. Front desk staff could of cared less! Don’t stay here if you expect customer service!

We regret your dissatisfaction. We often find the “do not disturb” signs left on the doors are the reason housekeeping and maintenance staff don’t meet our guest’s expectations. They are trained not to disturb.

We are in the midst of remodelling plans and certainly hope you will return to our hotel again.
Room was very clean and well kept.
Bath tub drain was broken. Front desk was notified.
Staff was very pleasant.
Breakfast was not free. Paid.

Well Robert, we can’t fix what you don’t tell us.But; here are some of the improvements we are we are working on.Our pool and hot tub will be open very soon, half the hotel will have new bedding, we will be replacing draperies, carpets, we have recently opened a K-Pop Cafe and we will have a new lounge in January.
I enjoyed my stay and the front desk man I forget his name but whoever was working October 1 evening shift was a top notch guy and super welcoming. He called me a cab as well as I didn’t know the area well. Room was clean and tidy but overall it was a great stay and the guy working front desk that evening went above and beyond for me ! Thank you

The carpets are ready for the landfill. I try not to feel grossed out standing on a dirty stained carpet. But, yuck. The rooms are old but the bed was comfortable except for the shrinky-dink pillows. Weird for a king sized bed. Windows do not open and air is loud. Staff were quite good and conference food well presented and tasty but asking for onion free meal got me a salad roll and fruit. I think it was vegan and gluten free. My friend uses a wheel chair and booked an accessible room. Upon arrival she was informed they did not have any of that type of room. She had to find another hotel.

Rough part of town, in a strip mall with bars. People loitering outside. Doors lock at 10pm
Pool was closed for our visit.
Hair in the sheets, bathroom was clean.
Carpets throughout were very dirty.

My stay was fine. The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself is a little old/run down and dirty. The furniture in my room was very used and should be replaced. Desk chair was coming apart.
