The house was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. (If they stayed at our place, it would mean, couches and air mattresses for the boys.) We also took advantage of the very well appointed kitchen and cooked a full Christmas dinner! Not having to worry about the little things, such as salt, pepper and basic seasonings, along with coffee and various teas was great too!
