Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast had an incredible choice of food. Coffee was always available. Free cookies on check-in. Friendly staff. Only down part was the hot tub was out of order.

We were traveling with our teens. The hotel was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. The exit door to the back parking lot had a sign saying you need your key card to enter but the door latch was taped so it wouldn't lock. The elevators are right inside the unsecured door so it was concerning that anyone could enter and have access to all of the floors but we didn't have any issues during our stay. We would stay there again.

While the hotel was fantastic, I was very disappointed to arrive and they did not have my Expedia confirmed reservation in their system. Thankfully they found us a room, however this almost didn’t work out.

I booked this place specifically for the hottub option and there was no notices to state it was out of services until after we checked in which due to weather was after 3 so they said to cancel the booking would cause a fee to cancel it. There was no discount for lack of services. And the front end was short and kinda rude about it! The shower pressure is weak and the shampoo and body wash was empty. So disappointing will not be back

Location on Gasoline Alley was very convenient. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Good free breakfast. A few issues needing attention/repair … desk chair no longer adjusted and I needed to work at desk; bathroom sink very slow to drain; needed to call for hygiene supplies twice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However room wasn’t very clean, mattress protector had dark yellow sweat stains and sink was dirty. There was a very loud thud that sounded like it was coming from the roof that happened multiple times both nights we were there between 2-6 am. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t return

The property is easily accessible. The staff were great. The rooms are showing their age and not quite as comfortable as would’ve liked. The downfall was that the hot tub was closed. Was really looking forward to a nice relaxing soak during my stay. That’s what I looked for in booking at the property. Then there is no compensation for that in the cost for the night.

We like it there, the place, the people in the front desk are nice and approachable, the pool is simple not crowded, except every morning we heard some noises outside our door I think it's the staff talking each other hopefully they minimize their voice because someone is still sleeping on that hour. Overall, we like the place and thank you.

Nice place
Stayed 1 night, the staff were very kind, quick and hospitable. Room was clean and adequately stocked. Bathroom was clean, bed and pillows were perfect. The only thing is the heater was super loud even on a low fan speed.
